This is a hybrid position, seeing clients in-person and via telehealth. We offer in-house required training for CORE, SMI and SED and is FREE to you as an employee.
Case Managers work to assist clients and families with alleviating problem behaviors by:
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Services related field plus one year of post graduate experience. OR- A Master's Degree in a Human Services related field (there is no experience requirement if you have a Master's)
Full-time employees receive:
Any Estimated Yearly Salary amounts are based on a 40 hour work week with income potential above 50k per year.
