Intrust keeps GROWING and we are in need of a Case Manager to service Jackson residents. The best part is you get to set your own schedule! This is a hybrid position, seeing clients in-person and via telehealth. We offer in-house required training for CORE, SMI and SED and is FREE to you as an employee.

Case Managers work to assist clients and families with alleviating problem behaviors by:

• -Linking your clients with services that are tied directly to the client's diagnosis.
• -Providing assistance in coordination of treatment through monitoring services.
• -Linking client and family to needed community resources and referrals.
• -Helping prepare client and family to function independently after services are complete.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Services related field plus one year of post graduate experience. OR- A Master's Degree in a Human Services related field (there is no experience requirement if you have a Master's)

Any Estimated Yearly Salary amounts are based on a 40 hour work week with income potential above 50k per year.
